1. Acceptance of Terms

By creating an account, accessing, or using SocialXN, you confirm that you are at least 18 years old and legally capable of entering into binding contracts. If you are using SocialXN on behalf of an organization, you represent that you have the authority to bind that organization to these Terms.

2. Account Registration

• Account Security: You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials. You are responsible for all activities that occur under your account.
• Accurate Information: You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration and keep it updated.
• One Account Per User: Unless permitted by your plan, you may not share your account credentials with others.

3. Acceptable Use Policy

You agree not to use SocialXN for:

• Posting illegal, harmful, threatening, abusive, or defamatory content.
• Spamming or sending unsolicited messages in violation of anti-spam laws.
• Infringing upon the intellectual property rights of others.
• Attempting to reverse engineer, decompile, or hack our platform.
• Creating multiple accounts to bypass free trial limitations.

4. Subscriptions & Payments

• Billing: Subscriptions are billed in advance on a monthly or annual basis.
• Renewals: Your subscription will automatically renew unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period.
• Refunds: We offer a 14-day money-back guarantee for new subscriptions. After this period, refunds are generally not provided, except as required by law.
• Price Changes: We reserve the right to change our pricing upon 30 days notice. Continued use after price changes constitutes acceptance.

5. User Content & AI Generation

• Ownership: You retain all rights to the content you post or generate using our AI tools. By using our platform, you grant us a license to host, process, and display your content solely for providing the Service.
• AI Disclaimer: AI-generated content is provided for assistance purposes. You are responsible for reviewing and verifying all AI-generated content before publishing. We do not guarantee the accuracy or uniqueness of AI outputs.
• Prohibited Content: You may not generate or post content that promotes hate speech, violence, self-harm, or illegal activities.

6. Social Media API Terms

Our Service integrates with various social media platforms via their APIs. By using these integrations, you agree to be bound by their respective terms:

SocialXN is not affiliated with or endorsed by these platforms. We are not responsible for any actions taken by these platforms against your accounts (e.g., suspension or bans) resulting from your content or activity.

7. Intellectual Property

SocialXN and its original content (excluding user-generated content), features, and functionality are owned by Xzect Labs and are protected by international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

8. Termination & Cancellation

• By You: You may cancel your subscription at any time via your account settings. Access will continue until the end of the billing cycle.
• By Us: We may terminate or suspend your account immediately, without prior notice, for any breach of these Terms.
• Effect of Termination: Upon termination, your right to use the Service will immediately cease. We may delete your data after a grace period, as outlined in our Privacy Policy.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, SocialXN and its affiliates shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from:

• Your access to or use of (or inability to access or use) the Service;
• Any conduct or content of any third party on the Service;
• Any content obtained from the Service;
• Unauthorized access, use, or alteration of your transmissions or content.
